1) Sr.General Manager/General Manager (Marketing) : 1

Pay-Scale : Rs.20500-500-26500/- / Rs.18500-450-23900/-

Eligibilty :-

Age : Minimum 45 years but not more than 58 years on the date of occurance of the post. The age of superannuation is 60 years

Qualification : A graduate with MBA from prime Institute or BE/ME/M.Sc. Electronics having Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management.

Experience : He should possess over 20 years experience/ adequate experience at a senior level of Management in an organisation of repute.

General :Senior General Manager (Marketing) will report to the Chairman & Managing Director. He will act as Head of Marketing Divisions of the Company. He will primarily be responsible for all the marketing operations including formulating and implementation of the marketing policies keeping in view Company's profitability and Objectives. The incumbant will also be responsible for the marketing of Railway Electronics/Microwave Electronics Components/ Sub-Systems and SPV Systems.

2) Asstt.Gen.Manager/Chief Manager(R&D)/Product Upgradation :

Pay-Scale : Rs.17500-400-22300/- / Rs. 16000-400-20800/-

Eligibilty :-

Age : Below 50 years

Qualification : First Class BE/B.Tech./M.Tech. degree in Electronics from a recognized Institute/University with 60% and above marks.

Experience : Candidate should have an experience of minimum 12-16 years in design & development of Embedded Electronics equipment and systems Solar Photovoltaic/Micro Wave Electronic with at least 5 years experience as team leader.

General :Candidate will be responsible for development/product upgradation/Product Testing activities of products in the area of railway electronics(Systems)/Solar Photovoltaic/Microwave Electronics.

3) Senior Technical Manager/Technical Manager (R&D) in Microwave & Solar Photovoltaic Group : 1 each

Pay-Scale : Rs.14500-350-18700/- / Rs.13000-350-18250/-

Eligibilty :-

Age : Below 45 years

Qualification : for Microwave - First Class with BE/B.Tech./M.Sc. (Electronics) with a Ph.D. with specialisation in Microwave Electronics from a reputed Institute/University. The candidate is required to lead a R&D team for developing Microwave Electronics Components/Systems required for Radar and other advanced Electronics equipments. for Solar Photovoltaic - First Class M.Sc. degree in Solid State Phyics/M.Tech.in Material Science or Solar Energy from a reputed Institution/University. Persons with a Ph.D & published work in related areas will be preferred.

Experience : Minimum 7-10 years experience in the relevant field
