NRSC is looking for young, dynamic and dedicated candidates for the following posts:

GENERAL CONDITIONS/INSTRUCTIONS:
1) The posts are temporary but likely to continue indefinitely.
2) The appointees are liable to be posted to any of the Centres/Units of the Indian Space Research Organisation/Dept. of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required.
3) Experience should have been obtained after possessing the essential educational qualifications.

4) Age limit: 35 years as on 31.08.2009 (40 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates. Ex-servicemen and Persons with Disabilities are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders on the subject.

General Instructions

1. The crucial date for determining age limit will be the last date for receipt of application

2. Relaxation in age limit to candidates belonging to SC (five years) or OBC (three years) and standards is available only in such cases where the posts are reserved for the respective category. Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for those working in Central / State Government / Autonomous Bodies on regular basis. There will be no upper age limit for C-WET employees. Candidates already in regular service in Govt. /Quasi Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel.

3. Number of posts to be filled up may vary based on actual requirement at the time of appointment. Mere possession of the minimum prescribed qualifications and experience will not entitle a candidate for being called for aptitude test / interview. The Centre reserves the right to call for aptitude test/ interview only such candidates who in its opinion are found suitable based on a criteria evolved by a screening committee at its discretion. The list of such candidates will be notified on our official website. The date of notification will be published in advance in leading national newspapers.

4. The selection process shall include a screening, Engineering Aptitude Test/Stenography Skill Test and interview. Personal interview will be limited to such selected candidates declared successful based on relative ranking in the test concerned. The Engineering Aptitude Test of 1 hour duration with 50 questions to be completed on a question-cum-answer sheet shall be of ‘Objective Multiple Choice Type’ with negative marking for incorrect answers.

5. Applications accompanied by
(i) a non-refundable Recruitment Fee of Rs.300/- by Demand Draft on any bank favouring ‘Centre for Wind Energy Technology’ payable at Chennai; AND
